«You have to believe in what you are doing…»

I am a sculptor of religious images from Valladolid. My love of art led me to study in the ‘School of Applied Arts and Artistic Crafts’ of my city. My interest in traditional arts and crafts has turned into my profession.


The very first sculpture I made was an image of the Crucified Christ carved in oak; which is now in the Parish Church of Villasrrubias (Salamanca).

I currently combine my work as a sculptor with that of teaching. My workshop, since 1996, is located in Viana de Cega, in the Province of Valladolid..
